    摘要:

    随着人口老龄化的进展,恶性肿瘤的发病率逐年递增,根据2017年全国肿瘤登记中心收集的资料,我国恶性肿瘤发病率约为278.07/10万。随着细胞生物学的发展,通过诱导凋亡来治疗肿瘤已被认可并进行实验和临床研究,光动力治疗指在光照时发生的光敏剂和氧分子可参与光动力效应,使肿瘤细胞受损甚至坏死,低强度激光(LLLT)疗法凭借其可参与调节代谢、操作简便、易获得等特点,逐渐应用在肿瘤的基础研究和临床实践中,成为继手术治疗、化学治疗及放射治疗之后的又一种肿瘤治疗方法。该文综述LLLT对肿瘤凋亡不同途径的理论基础和临床验证。

    Abstract:

    With the development of population aging, the incidence of malignant tumor is increasing year by year. According to the data collected by the National Cancer Registration Center in 2017, the incidence of malignant tumor in China is about 278.07/100 Thousand. With the development of cell biology, the treatment of tumor by inducing apoptosis has been recognized and studied in experiment and clinic. Photodynamic therapy means that sensitizer and oxygen molecules can participate in photodynamic effect. Damage or even necrosis of tumor cells, Because of its ability to regulate metabolism, simple operation and easy to obtain, Low-level laser has been gradually applied to the basic research and clinical practice of tumor, and has become another method of tumor treatment after surgical treatment, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In this review, the theoretical basis and clinical verification of LLLT for different pathways of tumor apoptosis were reviewed. It is summarized as follows.
