    摘要:

    GATA 结合蛋白3(GATA binding protein 3)是一种含锌指结构域的转录因子,GATA3 不仅能维 持正常乳腺导管腺上皮细胞的生长和分化,并且在多种肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥着重要的作用。目前,有关乳 腺癌GATA3 的研究正逐步从临床病理特征走向分子机制,其在乳腺癌侵袭和转移中的作用引起广泛关注。 GATA3 的表达不仅与乳腺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移等生物学行为密切相关,而且与乳腺癌分子分型、临床预 后和治疗反应等临床病理学表现息息相关。该文将从分子机制研究和临床病理学表现对涉及GATA3 与乳腺 癌发生、发展的关系进行综述。

    Abstract:

    GATA binding protein 3 (GATA binding protein 3) is a transcription factor containing zinc finger structure. GATA3 not only maintains the growth and differentiation of normal breast ductal gland epithelial cells, but also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various tumors. At present, the research on GATA3 in breast cancer is gradually moving from clinical pathological characteristics to molecular mechanisms, and its role in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer has attracted extensive attention. The expression of GATA3 is not only closely related to the biological behavior of breast cancer cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis, but also closely related to the clinical pathological manifestations of breast cancer molecular typing, clinical prognosis and treatment response. This review summarizes the relationship between the occurrence and the development of breast cancer from two aspects of molecular mechanism research and clinical pathology.
