Abstract:Surgical treatment of breast cancer is often used clinically. According to the available data, it can be seen that 25% to 60% of breast cancer patients can have severe pain after surgery, and this pain can increase the complications of patients' respiratory and cardiovascular system. Will cause patients with insomnia, anxiety, fear and other emotional disorders, which seriously affect the speed and degree of postoperative recovery of breast cancer patients. Therefore, intravenous injection of analgesic drugs after surgery in order to ease the pain of patients, it is easy to cause patients with nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression and other adverse reactions. Regional nerve block can not only relieve the analgesia and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, but also has the advantages of simple and convenient practice and high safety. This article reviews the techniques of regional nerve block analgesia after breast cancer surgery, hoping to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
