Abstract:【Objective】 To observe and study the influence of early enteral nutrition support on the immune state and cytokines of patients with craniocerebral injury. 【Methods】 Totally 60 patients with craniocerebral injury in our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Mar. 2015 were selected as study subjects, and divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by principle of random allocation. The patients in the control group were intervened with enteral nutrition support within 24 h after injury, while those in the observation group were intervened with enteral nutrition support within 3 d after injury. Then immune state and cytokines before intervention and on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after intervention were compared between both groups. 【Results】 The immune state and cytokines of both groups had no significant differences before intervention (P > 0.05); the two items of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after intervention (P < 0.05). 【Conclusions】 Eearly enteral nutrition support has active influence on the immune state and cytokines of patients with craniocerebral injury, and can obviously improve the comprehensive state of body.
